Not tonight, and not in one sitting. Do a first pass now while it is fresh, then come back to it tomorrow with clearer eyes. The second pass is always the honest one.
2️⃣ Say it out loud to one real person 🗣️
Take your message and say it to someone who is not in this group. A friend, your partner, someone at dinner. Watch their face. If they get it in one go, you have it. If you have to explain it twice, it needs another pass.
3️⃣ Post it here 💬
