A little bit about me

Solenne Bicentini · 2026-08-27T09:12:51.232Z

👋 Hi everyone, I’m Solenne! I’m originally from Curaçao and living in the Netherlands. I’m building a health coaching business that helps people create lasting, sustainable change. What moved me to start this business was my own experience with stress and burnout. It led me to look beyond individual healthy habits and become curious about the deeper patterns that influence our health and why, even when we know what to do, lasting change can still be difficult. That journey taught me to look at the bigger picture: how our habits, mindset, physical health, stress, and life circumstances influence one another. That whole-picture perspective is at the heart of the coaching business I’m building. 🌱 I want to achieve these 3 goals with the help of this community: Clarify my positioning and messaging. Become more confident in selling in a way that feels authentic, natural, and aligned with my values. Build my visibility, network, and confidence as a public voice. The 3 gifts I bring to the community are: Knowledge of healthy living, fascial maneuvers, and building sustainable healthy habits. 10+ years in customer service, creating positive customer experiences and bridging communication between different stakeholders. Thoughtful, constructive feedback and a fresh perspective when someone wants to think something through. For fun, I love: ✈️ Traveling, discovering new cultures and cuisines, and meeting people. 💃 Dancing, especially Latin dances like salsa, bachata, and merengue. 📸 Exploring new things and learning new skills, whether that’s photography, baking, cooking, pottery, painting. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing together! 😊
