A little bit about me

๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi everyone, Iโ€™m Solenne!

Iโ€™m originally from Curaรงao and living in the Netherlands.

Iโ€™m building a health coaching business that helps people create lasting, sustainable change.

What moved me to start this business was my own experience with stress and burnout. It led me to look beyond individual healthy habits and become curious about the deeper patterns that influence our health and why, even when we know what to do, lasting change can still be difficult.
That journey taught me to look at the bigger picture: how our habits, mindset, physical health, stress, and life circumstances influence one another. That whole-picture perspective is at the heart of the coaching business Iโ€™m building. ๐ŸŒฑ

I want to achieve these 3 goals with the help of this community:

  1. Clarify my positioning and messaging.

  2. Become more confident in selling in a way that feels authentic, natural, and aligned with my values.

  3. Build my visibility, network, and confidence as a public voice.

The 3 gifts I bring to the community are:

  1. Knowledge of healthy living, fascial maneuvers, and building sustainable healthy habits.

  2. 10+ years in customer service, creating positive customer experiences and bridging communication between different stakeholders.

  3. Thoughtful, constructive feedback and a fresh perspective when someone wants to think something through.

For fun, I love:
โœˆ๏ธ Traveling, discovering new cultures and cuisines, and meeting people.
๐Ÿ’ƒ Dancing, especially Latin dances like salsa, bachata, and merengue.
๐Ÿ“ธ Exploring new things and learning new skills, whether thatโ€™s photography, baking, cooking, pottery, painting.

Looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing together! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hey everyone !

I am Carol, 64, living close to Paris France,
Officially retired since last year. Unofficially? Not even close but slower pace, smarter fire !
Mom of three grown kids, committed to social justice, and — over time — resolutely feminist.
Thirty-plus years of corporate career and I'd never built my own thing — until now. Turns out retirement was freedom in disguise — an open door I walked straight through. Thank you @Axele Lofficial for pushing me toward Mindvalley, and to @Vic Moya and @Frans Francis for jumping on this ride with me.
What I'm building: Phos4-act. The idea is simple and a little uncomfortable — the companies that turn environmental risks and tech opportunities into sustainable transformation, right now, will be the ones still standing in fifteen years. The rest won't make it. I'm here for the cleverest ones who want to be in that first group. Here to learn, argue, connect, and build something that outlasts me.
Glad to be in that journey with you !
